Job Description

Work as a Sales Representative for Infrastructure covering multiples states under the direction of Regional Sales Manager - Infrastructure.  This person will be responsible to achieve sales and profit goals in the territory for Sika products region in the infrastructure segment.

  • Grow regional sales and market share by expanding relationships with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, DOTs, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify opportunities and successfully close projects.
  • Maintain and secure product approvals with state DOTs throughout the assigned region.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with contractor and engineering personnel to maximize territory coverage and sales opportunities.
  • Lead contractor education efforts focused on product knowledge, application techniques, and program development.
  • Provide on-site technical support, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical services teams to ensure project success.
  • Monitor market conditions, industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity, and provide recommendations to support sales objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, associations, and networking events to promote brand leadership and business growth.
  • Partner closely with distributors to develop joint business plans, strengthen relationships, and achieve mutual growth objectives.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • BS degree minimum with relevant experience a plus
  • Proven track record for construction chemical sales on Infrastructure Projects and relevant Distribution houses.
  • Capable of working with/for sales teams in different states to achieve desired goals.
  • Proven skills and traits to work in teams and foster relationships to achieve business targets.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or related field
