Job Description

Broad Function and Purpose of Position:

The position involves supporting all production processes through administrative coordination, documentation, and operational support. Primary responsibilities include data entry, report generation, and maintaining production records.

  • Actively participate in the plant's Sika SAFE Program.
  • Serve as the primary responder to visitors at the main entry to the plant.
  • Create, confirm, and maintain process orders and batch tickets according to production schedule; distribute to production lines in a timely manner.
  • Generate daily production summary reports and review previous day production records for discrepancies; submit to Production Planning and Quality departments.
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering for production consumables including drums, pails, labels, HMIS labels, and PPE supplies.
  • Process and close out purchase orders in SAP; adjust inventory records for all inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Liaison with various departments to ensure smooth production flow and maintain accurate work and quality instruction documentation.
  • Review, correct and report discrepancies of previous day production records.
  • Helps to maintain and track inventory levels of drums and pails labels and print as needed for production.
  • Responsible to CORK PO's and to adjust SAP respectively.
  • Complete administrative tasks and additional projects as assigned by the Plant Manager.

 

Qualifications

**Qualifications/Experience:**

  • High School Diploma required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Data entry skills with high accuracy and high-volume capability
  • PC proficiency including spreadsheet creation and maintenance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work effectively with others
  • Reliable attendance record
