Job Description
At Sika, we are strengthening our global assurance landscape to ensure transparency, consistency, and effectiveness across all governance, risk, and control activities. To support this, the Group Risk Management Team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to coordinate assurance activities across the Sika Group.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate and align all assurance activities across the Sika Group, including internal audits, internal control assessments, compliance reviews, HR audits, supplier audits, IT security audits and other functional assessments
- Act as central point of contact for assurance planning, ensuring transparency, avoiding duplication, and optimizing coverage across functions and regions
- Collaborate closely with Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Legal & Compliance, HR, Procurement, Cyber Security and other assurance functions
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the global assurance framework and methodology. Drive efficiency, standardization, and best practice sharing across assurance providers.
- Facilitate risk-based planning and promote a consistent assurance approach across the organization
- Consolidate and report key insights and critical findings, as well as recurring issues. Ensure the timely escalation of major findings and remediation gaps to the appropriate management level.
- Participate in the operation and development of Sika’s Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control System and Insurance Management
Qualifications
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in internal audit, or similiar internal function, in a multinational industrial company
- Proven experience with various types of audits (internal, safety, ISO certifications, research, supplier, HR audits, compliance assessments etc.)
- Strong understanding of governance, assurance and risk management systems
- Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional activities in a global environment
- Highly autonomous and structured working style with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
