Job Description
Are you passionate about enabling change and shaping the digital journey of Sika? Do you want to work at the intersection of strategy and execution, gaining exposure to senior leadership while building your digital transformation expertise?
As part of the global Digital Transformation Office, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Associate to support the Head Digital Transformation in driving strategic initiatives and enabling execution across a wide range of topics. This is a diverse and dynamic role that requires flexibility, curiosity, and a hands-on mindset. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the global organization, help ensure transparency, and act as a change agent in our digital journey.
Build the transformation portfolio
- Support the management and ongoing development of the global digital transformation portfolio, contributing to transparency across strategic initiatives
- Prepare analyses, slides, and supporting materials for executive‑level updates to senior leadership and governance bodies
Support key strategic projects
- Act as a sparring partner or project support for selected high-priority digital initiatives
- Support or co‑coordinate DTO‑driven strategic initiatives, including planning, execution, and coordination activities
Drive change and push for innovation
- Support teams during early‑stage digital idea exploration and pipeline preparation
- Assist teams in translating business needs into structured, feasible digital initiatives
- Contribute to digital capability building, including preparation of materials for trainings, events, and community sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, consulting, or comparable innovation‑driven roles at a top consulting company
- Proven experience working on projects involving digital topics, AI strategy and the development of AI and digital use cases
- Ability and curiosity to engage with technical experts and understand solution complexity
- Proactive, hands‑on, can‑do mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and turn ideas into concrete contributions and results
- Ability to structure information and contribute to translating complex topics into clear, actionable narratives
- Strong communication skills, with confidence in preparing content and contributing to discussions with senior stakeholders
- Good stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and support alignment without formal authority
- Positive, motivated personality with a genuine interest in driving change, innovation, and collaboration
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel); initial experience with project or portfolio management tools is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
