Job Description

Sika Hellas is seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to join the Planning Department at its facilities in Kryoneri, Attica. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing and forecasting demand, planning supply to meet it, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient supply chain operations.

Role Description :

  • Analyze historical customer demand data and product requirements.
  • Forecast future demand using statistical methods and forecasting models.
  • Coordinate supply planning activities to ensure product availability and smooth supply chain flow.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Procurement teams to align demand and supply needs and ensure effective inventory management.
  • Develop and support improvements in planning, demand management, and supply planning processes.
  • Manage inventory levels for customers, partners, and foreign distributors.

Define, monitor, and control inventory levels in line with company targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Business Administration) 
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in demand and/or supply planning, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and demand planning software (e.g., Excel, SAP).
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and forecasting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Methodical approach with attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
