Sika Vietnam is seeking a dedicated EHS OFFICER to support daily Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) operations at the Bac Ninh site, ensuring effective on-site supervision, contractor safety management, and compliance with company EHS requirements and local regulations under the guidance of the EHS Supervisor/Manager.

Specific duties:

1.      Support daily EHS activities at the site.

2.      Conduct Safety Walk, Safety Talk, 6S and other EHS programs.

3.      Support EHS training and orientation for employees and contractors.

4.      Monitor compliance with company EHS requirements and local regulations.

5.      Support chemical safety management: SDS, labeling, chemical inventory, risk assessment, etc.

6.      Support EHS inspections, incident investigation and corrective actions.

7.      Support environmental activities: waste management, monitoring and related licenses.

8.      Coordinate EHS documentation, reports and audit activities.

9.      Support emergency response activities such as fire drill, chemical spill and first aid.

10.  Coordinate with departments, contractors and authorities on EHS matters.

11.  Perform other tasks assigned by EHS Supervisor and Admin & EHS Manager.

• Minimum requirements:

  ·         Bachelor degree in Environment, Safety, Engineering or related fields.

  ·         1 - 3 years experience in EHS or related roles.

  ·         Basic knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.

  ·         Good communication and coordination skills.

  ·         Able to work independently and support site activities.

  ·         Microsoft Office skills.

  ·         English communication is an advantage.

SHUTTLE BUS TO SIKA BAC NINH PLANT

The company provides a shuttle bus service for employees Monday through Friday. The morning route picks up at 6:30 AM from Cau Giay - Thanh Xuan - Hoang Mai - Gia Lam, and Bac Ninh. The return trip to Ha Noi is at 4:30 PM.
