Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and results driven Production Coordinator to join our Production Riverside team.
- Ensure smooth operation of production processes and coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality control departments.
- Develop and implement processes to verify production flow results against schedules and identify discrepancies.
- Verify SAP transactions and production data entries to ensure accuracy between recorded and actual production counts and labels.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
- Close work orders for all production lines, including Galileo, and verify labor entries against supporting documentation.
- Schedule and maintain records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventive measures using the FIIX system.
- Participate in the plant's safety program and maintain compliance with operational standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Data entry skills – high volume and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong Proficiency in Excel
- PC proficiency including spreadsheet creation and maintenance.
- SAP proficiency a must.
- Self-motivated and able to establish and maintain effective working relations.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
