Job Description

About the Role 

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive early-career talent who is eager to learn and develop a strong understanding of customers. In this role, you will support processes and initiatives designed to embed customer insights more deeply across the organization and help teams make more informed, data-driven decisions. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in analytics, customer research, and stakeholder collaboration within an international business environment. 

What You Will Do 

  • Analyze customer-related data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights  

  • Support surveys, feedback collection, qualitative analysis, and sentiment analysis  

  • Prepare clear summaries, dashboards, presentations, and visualizations for stakeholders  

  • Help improve awareness and usage of internally available customer insight resources  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and connect them with relevant insights  

  • Support projects related to customer experience improvement and commercial effectiveness  

  • Contribute to KPI development, including Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and related metrics  

  • Assist with ad hoc market research, reporting, and business analysis requests 

 

Qualifications

What You Bring 

  • Recent Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field  

  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with data and drawing conclusions  

  • Good Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is a plus  

  • Ability to translate data into clear, concise, business-relevant recommendations  

  • Structured thinking with strong attention to detail  

  • Curious personality with genuine interest in customers and markets  

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders  

  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment  

  • Valid Swiss work authorization (please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
