Job Description

Concrete Lab Worker is responsible for performing laboratory and field testing on concrete, aggregates, cement, and related construction materials to ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role conducts sample preparation, mixing, curing, and testing of concrete, records results accurately, and supports engineers or supervisors in ensuring the reliability and consistency of all test data. The position plays a critical role in quality assurance for construction materials and supports continuous improvement in production and testing processes.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or technical

Experience: QC labs, batching plants, precast factories, or construction materials industries is preferred.

  • Ability to follow SOPs, technical instructions, and safety protocols.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
  • Physically able to lift heavy samples and work in various environments.
  • Basic computer or record‑keeping skills.
