Job Description
As a core member of our infrastructure team, you won’t just "maintain" systems; you will be an architect of stability and a driver of automation. We are looking for an expert who can bridge the gap between traditional system administration and modern cloud operations, ensuring our multinational environment remains scalable, secure, and cutting-edge.
- Cloud Orchestration: Take full ownership of our Azure cloud ecosystem, ensuring IT services are high-performing and resilient.
- DevOps Evolution: Actively improve DevOps workflows within the team, championing automation and CI/CD best practices to speed up delivery.
- Infrastructure Lifecycle: Lead the charge on planning, migrating, and implementing complex infrastructure systems, transitioning them seamlessly into production.
- Stability & Monitoring: Keep a pulse on system health through proactive monitoring, handling incident and change management with precision.
- Security & Compliance: Guard our environment by implementing robust IT security policies and maintaining detailed documentation.
- Collaborative Leadership: Partner with external providers and mentor internal stakeholders through workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Operational Excellence: Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, ensuring our global services never sleep.
Qualifications
- The Azure Expert: You hold a Microsoft Certification (AZ-104 or higher) and have spent 5+ years navigating complex, multinational ICT landscapes.
- Tech Stack Specialist: You are a pro with Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Continuous Improver: You don’t just fix things; you find ways to make them better. You are self-driven and thrive in cross-functional, international environments.
- Reliable Partner: You have a track record of executing infrastructure changes with high accuracy and a "customer-first" mindset.
- Process Minded: You are comfortable working within ITIL-based frameworks while remaining agile enough to drive innovation.
