Job Description
- Establish monthly/quarterly and yearly closings according to Sika Group / IFRS rules.
- Implement Sika Accounting rules in local accounting.
- Re-organize and streamline finance processes and procedures.
- Manage cash of the company and minimize currency exposure by minimizing cash
- Manage accounts receivables of company and implement credit management procedure.
- Prepare and send monthly/quarterly/yearly reports according to the procedures and rules defined by Sika Group.
- Prepare local Management Information monthly.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in business and finance.
- Supervise IT function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or related field of study. CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in finance related function in commercial business.
- Experience in Multinational companies is desired.
- Three years at least of experience as Finance controller/director and experience of effectively managing people is a plus.
- Good English skills required (business communication in speaking and writing)
- Working knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Good presentation skills: high level of communication is needed.
- High level of integrity, consistency, and rigor.
