We’re looking for a Packaging Executive to join our Product Management team  - Field Based

About the UK Distribution Product Management team

Sika’s UK Distribution Product Management team plays a critical role in sustaining our market‑leading position. The team develops, implements, and manages an innovative product portfolio that delivers against commercial, legislative, and performance objectives -ensuring our solutions consistently exceed customer expectations.

Purpose of the Role

To manage new and updated product packaging through the packaging change process, ensuring accurate, appealing presentation and compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.

Experience of working within a Manufacturing organisation would be a benefit.

What we need from you?

  • Knowledge of packaging materials and their properties – with added knowledge of print processes, packaging machinery and equipment a plus.
  • Project and change Management skills
  • IT Literate (SAP, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Excellent communication skills, Ability to analyse costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • A general knowledge of CLP regulations would be a benefit.

Experience of working within a manufacturing organisation preferred
