Job Description
Sika Corporation is seeking a dynamic, technically skilled professional to lead the growth of our Sikalastic Liquid-Applied Membrane (LAM) systems in the Dallas/ Fort worth, TX area. This role blends technical expertise, specification influence, contractor training, and sales enablement to drive market expansion and ensure successful project execution.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Develop and influence specifications with architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Identify and grow opportunities in roofing, plaza decks, and restoration markets.
- Support sales reps with project acquisition, pricing, technical guidance, and closure.
- Deliver AIA-accredited and technical presentations.
- Train internal sales teams and distribution partners on LAM systems and value-based selling.
- Build strong relationships with contractors and conduct hands-on installation training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Windows Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Technical understanding of roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems
- Ability to read plans/specs and recommend system solutions
- Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills
- Comfort working on jobsites and solving real-world installation challenges
- Collaborative mindset aligned with Sika’s “One Sika” culture
