1. Lead customs operational support to all Sika business operating in Mongolia, providing guidance and assistance for import and export activities.
2. Develop and implement Customs regulations and government agency requirements affecting imports and exports in the region.
3. Identify customs risk areas, evaluate internal controls, and develop actionable mitigation plans whilst maintaining ISO systems and Sika compliance standards.
4. Identify and implement duty saving opportunities through Free Trade Agreements, government initiatives, and process improvements.
5. Maintain accurate HS codes for all import and export goods and manage related documentation and correspondence.
6. Coordinate all import and export proceedings with service companies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
7. Ensure operational compliance with all country requirements for import and export activities.

• University graduate
• At least 5 years of experience managing Customs operations in Freight Forwarders or Customs Brokers
• Strong knowledge in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and customs agencies
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
• Proficient spoken and written English

• Strong analytical, business sense and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership, management, team building skills
• Good coordination, interpersonal skills
