Job Description

1. Business Development & Lead Generation
• Identify and develop new sales leads from building owners, facility managers, contractors, 
architects, and digital channels.
• Conduct site visits, perform initial assessments, and provide recommendations on 
renovation solutions.
• Prepare and deliver solution proposals tailored to project requirements (e.g., flooring, wall 
systems, roofing, interior systems).
• Collaborate with technical or cost estimation teams to prepare preliminary cost estimations.

2. Sales Pipeline Management & Closing
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and all relevant sales documentation.
• Qualify leads, prioritize opportunities, and manage a consistent sales pipeline.
• Participate in negotiations and close deals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales 
targets.

3. Project Coordination
• Coordinate with Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors to ensure proper project execution.
• Monitor project progress from start to completion, including attending pre-handover inspections.
• Resolve customer issues by working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Gather feedback and customer requirements to support solution development.

4. Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and recurring customers.
• Conduct regular visits to building operators to identify additional renovation or maintenance 
opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.

5. Reporting & Market Insights
• Prepare sales reports, lead updates, and pipeline analyses.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Propose strategic sales plans for target areas or building segments.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project-based sales (construction, building materials, systems, or facility management).
  • Basic knowledge of renovation work and construction processes.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read construction drawings is an advantage.
  • Possess a personal vehicle with a valid driving license.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
