Job Description
Sika is seeking a Support Project Manager Intern to support our Digital Solutions Integration team.
This role is ideal for early‑career professionals with strong analytical skills, an interest in digital technologies and a desire to grow into technical project management. You will help structure project activities, support requirement gathering, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Support the Integration Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating digital integration projects
- Assist with Agile ceremonies, technical documentation, and follow‑up tasks
- Help gather, analyze, and structure business and technical requirements
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action tracking for cross‑functional teams
- Consolidate technical updates and assist in preparing status reports
- Maintain clear, structured documentation for integration and digital solution components
- Coordinate with internal and external technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Interest in digital technologies, data integration, APIs, or cloud platforms
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into structured documentation
- Solid organizational and communication abilities
