Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for planning and control of raw materials, packaging, and trading goods to meet the customer requirements, operational efficiently and optimize costs.

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Plan to order raw materials, packaging, and trading goods to meet the requirements.
  • Coordinate with Planner on Production Scheduling plan to secure material to meet requirements.
  • Control the Purchased order is completed on time and in full.
  • Control the amount of inventory as the optimal level.
  • Ensure timely communication regarding inventory and supply issued of raw materials, packaging and trading goods.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as Logistics, Procurement, Import-Export, Production, Customer Service and Sales Department to ensure the efficiency of the operation.
  • Action follows as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 including the rules of company.
  • Comply with regulations Various security rules According to the policies and standards set by the company
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any other related field

Experiences and Background

  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Materials Planning, Supply Chain or Logistics functions
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with good interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in production and supplier scheduling
  • Knowledgeable of supplier processes and capabilities
  • Proficient in MRP systems and Microsoft excel
