Job Description

To foster competitive advantages, speeding up strategy execution, employee commitment and efficiency, we are continuing with our HR digital transformation. To drive this digital journey, we wish to strengthen our APAC Regional/ Corporate HR Team in Kuala Lumpur / Malaysia with a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist. 

This role will support both the global implementation of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in ServiceNow and the operational, coordination, and content-related activities of our global learning ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with foundational knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD and digital learning tools, who is eager to contribute to shaping and optimising global HR services and learning processes. You will work closely with the HRIS Lead, Functional Lead for Learning, HR teams, and country stakeholders to build HR services, maintain content, and ensure smooth implementation and enhancement activities across regions.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow HRSD Focus:

  • Support defining HR services, case management, and related components within ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Coordinate and support testing activities (UAT, functional testing).
  • Support the Functional Lead and Local HR in troubleshooting issues and actively suggest system enhancements.
  • Help maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency across the platform.
  • Support the creation, structuring, and maintenance of Knowledge Base articles in ServiceNow.
  • Assist with project documentation, timelines, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare reports, materials, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Contribute ideas to improve service efficiency, automation, and employee experience.

Learning Ecosystem Focus:

  • Review, update, and maintain the organisation’s content creation guidelines for digital learning, in close collaboration with the Learning Functional Lead.
  • Monitor adherence to guidelines by content creators and provide support or corrective feedback when needed.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and accessibility across all digital learning materials.
  • Support the Functional Lead in coordinating and implementing global learning technology initiatives and testing new releases.
  • Develop training materials for new processes, tools, or system functionalities.
  • Organise and deliver training webinars and info sessions for new and existing content creators.
  • Provide support for onboarding new content creators to the tools.
  • Promote existing and new learning tools, features, and updates across the organisation.
  • Assist with tickets and work together with the Functional Lead and the Digital Learning Specialist from the Regions to improve and reduce the number of requests.
  • Support tracking and reporting activities related to tool usage, training participation, and content quality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of learning technology processes and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong English skills.
  • Minimum basic experience working with ServiceNow HRSD (or ServiceNow with exposure to HRSD modules).
  • Basic understanding of Learning tools (LMS or authoring).
  • Experience with creation of trainings or materials.
  • Experience in delivering trainings is a plus.
