Job Description

Sika is looking for an experienced District Sales Manager to join it's growing team in the Charlotte, NC area for our Roofing business. The District Sales Manger will play a key role in:

  • Positioning Sika as a company that provides quality products and service
  • Supporting the activities of the Regional Manager as required
  • Communicate and supervise within the District  Regional sales strategies, goals, objectives and plans to  meet District budgets, discount pricing and gross margin objectives
  •  Support the activities of the Regional Manager as required
  • Maintain manufacturer representatives to accomplish District sales goals and objectives
  • Manage, mentor and coach direct sales people within the District to accomplish sales goals and objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience with single-ply roofing application
  • Previous management experience highly desirable
  • Sales experience within roofing industry or building industry
  • Technical knowledge of single-ply roof membrane installation, ideally Sarnafil
  • Computer proficient
