Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate Sika products, raw materials, and intermediates for conformance to specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform daily product approval, including FPY / OAC and extended performance testing.
  • Conduct production line inspections and spot checks as needed.
  • Record and report test results promptly, maintaining accurate databases and generating statistical analyses using SAP.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely reporting and prevent shipping of non-conforming products.
  • Create customer COAs and alert management of any non-conformances.
  • Maintain lab equipment, supplies, and chemicals inventory.
  • Perform test result analysis in Excel and update SAP quality information.
  • Stay current with new technologies and software relevant to the role.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and comply with all S.O.P.s and quality checks.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer and quality focus.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • 3+ years hand-on experiences in a laboratory environment or 3+ years QA/QC experience.
  • ASTM/ISO experience
