Job Description
Benefits:

Salary:
The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 - $90,000 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting annual salary within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.
Summary:
Revenue Growth Analyst accelerates profitable growth by identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing new business opportunities. Working across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Operations, and IT, the role transforms customer, market, CRM, and financial data into actions that improve account targeting, pipeline creation, go-to-market execution, and sales effectiveness.
Lead Identification & Qualification:
- Research target markets and prospective customers; build prioritized account lists with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and New Business Development.
- Develop and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles, lead-scoring methods, qualified-lead definitions, and account-prioritization criteria.
- Evaluate opportunities based on customer fit, revenue potential, application alignment, geographic footprint, cross-sell potential, and likelihood to purchase.
- Provide sellers with account intelligence, qualification rationale, and recommended next actions.
Pipeline & Growth Analytics:
- Track sales acceptance, lead-to-opportunity conversion, funnel velocity, lead aging, and pipeline value.
- Translate pipeline and go-to-market initiatives into financial outlooks and actionable leadership insights.
- Use feedback and conversion results to improve targeting, scoring, qualification, and routing.
Market, Customer, and Competitive Intelligence:
- Analyze market size, customer needs, competition, buying behavior, and whitespace across products, applications, channels, and geographies.
- Evaluate market expansion, cross-sell, distributor, partnership, and growth-experiment opportunities.
- Partner with Product Management, New Business Development, Commercial Operations, and Sales to refine revenue-growth and pricing strategies.
- Model commercial opportunities and recommend whether initiatives should be scaled, adjusted, or discontinued.
Key Performance Measures:
- Sales acceptance and lead-to-opportunity conversion.
- Pipeline value, velocity, and revenue sourced or influenced.
- Adoption and effectiveness of ICP, scoring, and prioritization frameworks.
- Accuracy and usefulness of dashboards, forecasts, and recommendations.
CRM data quality and growth-process effectiveness
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of combined experience in revenue growth analytics, sales analytics, business development analytics, commercial intelligence, revenue operations, or a related role.
- Experience with Data Analytics tools, CRM, SQL, and relational databases.
- Experience with Lead Generation tools or comparable prospecting tools.
- Experience with ICPs, lead scoring, market sizing, segmentation, pricing, forecasting, or financial modeling.
Interpersonal, Communications and Influencing skills:
- Ability to coordinate revenue-growth activities across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Operations, and IT.
- Demonstrates strong ownership by managing multiple priorities, addressing dependencies early, and ensuring growth initiatives progress from analysis through implementation and performance tracking.
