We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Engineer with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and proven experience applying AI technologies to streamline and accelerate migration projects. This position is ideal for a professional who combines strong SAP technical knowledge with the ability to design and implement AI-driven frameworks that enhance enterprise SAP delivery.

You will lead full-cycle S/4HANA migration initiatives — from system analysis and data migration to testing and go-live — while introducing AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

• Drive and support SAP S/4HANA migration activities across all project phases
• Apply AI-driven approaches, automation, and process acceleration to optimize migration outcomes
• Integrate AI solutions into SAP modules and business workflows
• Implement automation and intelligent workflows within SAP environments
• Define and establish an AI-enabled SDLC framework for SAP-related delivery within the client organization
• Collaborate closely with SAP functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholder

• 5+ years of SAP experience, including hands-on S/4HANA migration delivery
• Proven use of AI tools (Claude, Copilot, LLMs, custom agents) in SAP migration contexts
• Strong ABAP proficiency, with experience reviewing and remediating custom code
• Ability to design complete AI SDLC processes, not just apply AI ad hoc
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines within SAP landscapes
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP BTP, integration suite, or cloud extension patterns
• Familiarity with LangChain, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI frameworks
• SAP certifications
• German language skills
