Security Contracts Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hard-working, self-motivated Contracts Manager with an expanding quality Manned Guarding Company.

The Contracts Manager will report directly to the Operations Director and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of an established portfolio of contracts within London and the Home Counties. Key Responsibilities: Contract Managers have approximately 10 - 15 Clients (some high profile), duties will include:

  • Full operational responsibility of your portfolio
  • Roster planning and ensuring all sites are manned correctly
  • Carrying out staff welfare visits/appraisals/ investigations
  • Managing staff and team building
  • Complying with service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Duty Manager, 1 week in 3
  • Implementing correct Client and Company procedures

Essential Skills Required:

  • Previous management experience within the Security Industry
  • Ability to risk assess and identify security compromises (actual or potential)
  • Excellent communication skills including:
  • Dealing with situations and clients requests promptly and accurately
  • Communicating clearly and logically in face to face situations with clients and staff
  • Excellent English and IT skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Must be hardworking, self-motivated, reliable and trustworthy
  • Must have a “Can – Do” attitude

Desired Contact Manager Skills:

  • Will hold a valid front-line SIA licence or be willing to obtain
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Must hold a full driver’s licence
