SIGFOX is the first and only operator of a cellular network fully dedicated to low-throughput communication for connected objects. With an extremely cost effective and very low energy consuming out-of-the-box connectivity offer, SIGFOX brings a revolution to the world of Internet of Things. 

SIGFOX network is being rolled out worldwide. The role of the Network deployment expert will require expertise in working with Customer during presales and delivery phase. To perform in this role the Network deployment expert will need to be familiar with SIGFOX technology, Equipment and roll-out processes.

You will be responsible for :

PRESALES

• Assist the Bid Manager in all Due Diligence related to, network sizing, radio planning, implementation & rollout
• Answer to deployment and implementation Q&A

PILOT

• Set up pilot planning jointly with technical Support Team
• Prepare pilot implementation (Equipment ordering, Backhaul connectivity, weekly follow up with Customer, trouble shooting).
• Plan, prepare and deliver SNO onboarding on network sizing, radio planning, implementation & rollout.
• Coordinate weekly call for pilot follow up

DEPLOYMENT

• Be the Deployment stream owner after Distribution Agreement signature.
• Ensure BS ordering forecast and Equipment delivery
• Deliver training and onboarding workshop related to network sizing, radio planning, implementation & rollout.
• Set up weekly call and prepare associated reporting (internal & external)
• Check coverage target progress

Experience in start-up environment will be much appreciated.

Able to propose solutions « out of the box » to increase GC performance and production.

You have management and organizational skills demonstrated in a previous successful management experience. 

The role requires a positive mindset, good management and communication skills, clarity and proficiency, in oral and written expression.

Experience

• 5 years of experience in large cellular roll out project as national deployment/construction manager.
• Engineer degree
• Successful telecom technical & construction management experience
• Network roll out experience acquired within operator or manufacturer organisation
• Experienced in pilot implementation
• Experienced in project management
• Experienced in technical sales
