• Qualify needs and act as first point of contact for customer’s departments (technical, operational, marketing, financial, legal, …)
• Propose a solution together with internal and external stakeholder
• Validate technically and economically the proposed solution. Run bid P&L.
• In charge of all documentation management throughout the bid process and control of communication between SIGFOX and customers/partners
• Manage dependencies and define needs and ensure that all departments deliver results
• Manage issues, risks and mitigation actions
• Build up and coordinate the cross - country team(s)
• Orgnanize governance bodies and documentation, including preparing decisions and dashboard for steering committees
• Provide formalized feed-back and write business requirements for SIGFOX development teams regarding his/her activity.
• Develop and manage stakeholders according to program or project governance 

• 5-8 year experience in large outsourcing project / contract bid management
• Strong track record in successful signing of complex deals  
• Strong ability to manage deadline and work under minimal supervision
• Leadership and ability to motivate transversal teams to achieve bid submission.
• Stong presentation skills and project management skills.
• Spanish & English: fluent. Portuguese & French: welcome.
• Degree or higher education in Information technology, business/economics or equivalent

Multi-Year experience as IT project manager in projects involving coordination across multiple teams (preferable in telecom or IT infrastructure environment or platform engineering; e.g. ITIL)
