RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide PeopleSoft functional consulting services by acting as PeopleSoft Time and Labor subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle

• Work on all project phases for PeopleSoft Time and Labor, including fit/gap, configuration, and testing

• Assist clients in fully integrating the PeopleSoft Time and Labor system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices

• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems

• Configure the PeopleSoft Time and Labor system to meet each client’s unique business requirements

• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner

• Report progress to clients and project managers

• Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering PeopleSoft Time and Labor solutions

• Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology

• Minimum of five years PeopleSoft experience
• Experience with PeopleSoft version 9.2
  
• Proven experience with PeopleSoft Time & Labor with additional experience in Payroll a plus
• Upgrade and implementation experience
• Ability to work on all project phases
• Solid understanding of time reporting, including reported time, scheduled time and exceptions
• Solid understanding of Time Reporting Codes, Workgroups, Taskgroups and Rules
• Understands integration of Time & Labor with PeopleSoft Payroll
