Job Description
Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and delivery of a multi-functional security and intelligence program supporting a global entertainment company. This role provides oversight across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with client priorities, operational excellence, and consistent service delivery. Serving as the primary operational liaison between Netflix and Sibylline, the Program Manager develops trusted stakeholder relationships, drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports workforce development, and ensures program objectives are achieved in a complex and evolving environment.
The Program Manager leads analysts across several workstreams, providing coaching, performance management, and strategic direction, while fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development. This position works closely with client stakeholders and Sibylline leadership to identify emerging needs, address operational challenges, and enhance program effectiveness.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
Lead and own operational oversight for multiple teams and workstreams supporting the client program.
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for client stakeholders, developing trusted relationships and ensuring a clear understanding of business requirements, priorities, and objectives.
Partner with client stakeholders and Sibylline leadership to develop program goals, establish priorities, and support the ongoing evolution of program capabilities and services.
Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services, products, and outcomes across all program functions through effective coordination, oversight, and quality assurance processes.
Monitor program performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing enhancements to workflows, processes, tools, and operating procedures to support program objectives and client needs.
Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure alignment, effective communication, knowledge sharing, and successful execution of program priorities.
Prepare and deliver program updates, performance reports, briefings, and recommendations to client stakeholders and Sibylline leadership.
Identify operational risks, resource constraints, skill gaps, and emerging program needs, developing and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies and solutions.
Lead recruitment activities for the program, including interviewing candidates, evaluating talent, and providing hiring recommendations.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities in coordination with Sibylline and client stakeholders.
Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, establish development goals, and support career growth for program personnel.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture centered on communication, accountability, professional development, and operational excellence.
Identify training and development needs across the program and coordinate appropriate learning and development opportunities to enhance team capability and performance.
Support escalation management and issue resolution, partnering with stakeholders to address operational challenges and ensure continuity of service.
Assist with the sharing of knowledge, best practices, and expertise across Sibylline's global network.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration platforms, and other business productivity tools.
Demonstrated experience in a client-facing environment with responsibility for stakeholder engagement and service delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Security Studies, Intelligence, International Relations, Criminal Justice, Business Management, Risk Management, or a related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in corporate security, intelligence, risk management, investigations, crisis management, program management, or related field. (Suggested qualification based on intended scope.)
Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams, supervisors, managers, or multi-functional programs.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements
This position is moderately self-directed and requires understanding and compliance with company policies, procedures, and values. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to interact collaboratively with the team and stakeholders, and communicate via phone, videophone, or text messaging. The employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. The position may require travel up to 10%.
