Job Description

An opportunity for a full-time hybrid role as a Human Resources Business Partner at Sibylline has arisen. The role involves developing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour and employment law in the UK, Europe and Asia, overseeing performance management processes, and providing HR support and guidance. While primarily based in the London Area, the role offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • HR Policies, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations expertise
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law in the UK and Europe
  • Experience in Performance Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Must have MCIPD certification
  • Experience in a similar role within a consultancy or related industry
