Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Marketing Manager to join our Outreach and Engagement Unit within Sibylline's Relationship Branch. You will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing outreach campaigns to source and develop new business opportunities in order to help expand Sibylline's client base and market presence.
You will be creating compelling messaging that articulates the company's value proposition and advertise our solutions to traditional, adjacent and emerging markets.
Strong analytical, communication, innovation and project management skills are essential for success in this dynamic, cross-functional role.
This is a hybrid role, requiring to be in the office 1 to 2 days a week.
Responsibilities
Email and digital marketing campaigns
- Produce compelling and innovative messaging to develop the Business Development pipeline in traditional, adjacent and emerging markets, producing excellent written content to articulate our value proposition.
- Develop digital, solution-focused marketing campaign to be implemented by Social Media teams
Marketing research
- Research new markets in line with our team’s strategic objectives and produce messaging to land with those industries
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform outreach strategies
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services and evolutions in the market.
Events and image building:
- Identify and participate in industry events and networking opportunities; identify and develop speaking opportunities for our various subject matter experts
- Develop marketing and promotional materials around external and internal event, pre and post event, in collaboration with our corporate communications team
- On occasion, the individual will manage cross-team collaboration on various facets of planning, execution, and follow-up activities
- On occasion, the individual must manage calls or projects outside of traditional business hours
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related degree of study
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, business/client communications, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in an electronic environment and utilize technology to deliver information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and (preferred) experience with CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; adaptable to conquering new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal, with English fluency) and interpersonal skills
- Critical and creative thinker, oriented toward continuous improvement, with a history of taking initiative and genuine intellectual curiosity
Nice to have
- Pre-existing knowledge of the risk/security intelligence industry, and/or experience in an adjacent industry
- Professional and/or academic background in practitioner elements of geopolitics, intelligence, business continuity and corporate resilience
- Brings a diversity of industry contacts
