Job Description
You will be supporting our clients in improving competitiveness through the transformation of Procurement, Finance and Supply Chain:
·Source to Pay Process Improvement and Tools, Digitalization of the Purchasing process
·Choice of solutions: S2P, Market Places, Costing and Market Intelligence tools, Spend analytics
·Lean Source-to-Pay
·Purchasing operational model - Purchasing policy and Purchasing strategic roadmap - Production and non-production category strategies - Purchasing function service commitments - Purchasing pooling - Coordination, CSP, ...
·Environmental transition: Detection and transformation of CSR opportunities - Purchasing and supplier carbon assessments - Low-carbon trajectory for external expenditure - CSR evaluation and reporting tools - Circular economy and waste recovery
· Risk management: Choice of risk detection and management tools - Industrialisation of supplier risk management (RGPD, Security, SAPIN II, Supply Chain, Cybersecurity...) - Purchasing risk mapping, audits - Supplier development plans
·Spend optimisation: Diagnosis of expenditure and commercial conditions - Onboarding of internal customers, review of demand - Action plan, projection of economic impacts - Reduction of consumption, consultation and negotiation, reversibility management

Qualifications
- Master degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics/…
- 2 to 4 years’ experience within a consultancy firm
- Knowledge in procurement strategy
- Outstanding team player and good communication skills
- Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
- Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
- Language skills: Dutch and English
- Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. Belgium, France)
