Job Description

Sia Partners is seeking talented and enthusiastic Junior Associate to join the Riyadh's team.  

Junior Associate should be comfortable playing a major role in the delivery of work products including day-to-day interaction with the client and leading client meetings. Responsibilities will include managing the execution of individual project work streams, conducting research, and developing deliverables and providing insights. This position enables and fosters the application of problem-solving and critical thinking skills to a variety of challenges that our client’s face. The role provides opportunities for exposure to senior client leadership across multiple industry sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Assist consultants and managers for the delivery of project work across a range of clients based mainly at Sia Partners’ offices and sometimes at client site.
  • Help the commercial activity: draft business proposals and other client materials, run Market research, help identifying and bringing forward potential commercial opportunities.
  • Is aware of the key issues, challenges, and major initiatives in the Government sector.
  • Undertake training.

As part of a diverse and motivated team, you will be involved in a range of projects with our clients, covering topics such as:

  • Project management: management of business projects with both internal stakeholders and third parties.
  • Business strategy definition & implementation: elaboration of business plan, digital strategy, market studies, financial modelling, benchmarks, data analysis.
  • Business improvement: business processes study, mapping & reengineering, performance management design & implementation, benchmarks & analysis. 

Qualifications

  • Strong academic background (e.g., Business, Mathematics, Economics) from top-tier university.
  • 1 year of experience in consulting.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to challenging and frequently changing environments, while working on challenging topics across multiple business areas under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Proven experience working in a team environment.
  •  Strong Microsoft Office Suite expertise (Word, Excel, PowerPoint required; Project, Visio and Access preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
