Job Description

By joining us, you will be in charge of supporting a portfolio of large web clients with 2 main missions

  • Build  and continue building a trusting commercial relationship with our clients,
  • Develop these accounts through personalised advice.

Your role will be :

  • 30% pre-sales :
    • Participate in the agency's responses to web tenders (sites / applications). You will also be responsible for the development of the project and the implementation of the project's strategy.
    • Optimising and assisting in the creation of new web offers
  • 70% ongoing project:
    • Supervise your clients' web projects and associated teams until delivery...and beyond! Project management: framing of projects, commercial relations, optimisation of project documentation (specs or US, planning, tagging plan...), monitoring of profitability, customer satisfaction and the pleasure of internal teams.
    • Operational consulting: involving the agency's various skills (UX, SEM, data analyst, etc.) and/or providing your expertise (recommendations) to meet the needs and opportunities identified by your clients, with a view to satisfying and developing the account.
    • Setting up, carrying out and leading kick-offs, project steering committees and project reviews (clients & internal)
    • Continuous improvement of processes

Qualifications

  • You have at least 5-6 years of successful experience in a digital agency or advertiser as a web or technical project manager, or 1 to 2 years as a web account manager (with knowledge or even "technical" + operational web expertise required).
  • You have experience in managing key account web projects.
  • You have good commercial, relational and writing skills.
  • Depending on your profile: knowledge / operational mastery of CMS (Drupal, Wordpress...), ticketing tools (Mondays, Jira, Redmine), programming languages (HTML5, JS, PHP, Python, etc.), SEO & tracking issues (GA, Semrush) and/or anything else that has been added to your web experience and that would be relevant for this position!
  • You have already managed teams of at least 2/3 people? This is a plus.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch and German
