Job Description

Sia Partners is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist who will provide support to the Head of Human Resources and US CEO/Partners with employee relations, regulatory compliance, and training and development.

  • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits systems
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training and development
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc. and resolve issues and problems
  • Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as performance evaluations
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs and create internal communications
  • Manage/assist with multi state payroll processing
  • Assist in immigration inquiries and process with outside legal team
  • Monitor employee morale and company culture
  • Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions
  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary
  • Assist US CEO, Partners and Finance leaders as needed


  • 5+ years of previous experience working as HR Generalist
  • In-depth knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • Intermediate to Expert Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Hands on experience with HRIS systems
  • Familiarity with ADP TotalSource preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High ethical conduct
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
  • SHRM Certification required 
  • Additional HR training and certifications are an advantage
