Lead the Capital and Financial Reporting Workstream within the Overall SEC SBS Implementation  Work will include:

• Reading the rules published by SEC and understanding the implications to Capital and Financial Reporting.
• Setting the governance for the working group and chair the meetings. Establishing roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinating with internal groups like Finance, Reporting etc to agree on implementation to address the SEC rule requirements.
• Managing the dependencies, risks / issues, milestones and action items for the working group.
• Proactive and reactive communication with stakeholders and senior management on the WG progress.

•  CFTC Registration experience a strong preference but not strictly required.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, legal entities, margin and capital calculations preferred.
• PMO / reporting skills helpful.
