Job Description

We are a dynamic and innovative consulting company seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager Marketing Strategy & Digital Transformation. As a manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives and crafting effective marketing strategies for our esteemed clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals and make a significant impact in the rapidly evolving landscape of digital marketing and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to digital transformation projects for clients, applying creativity and intelligence to solve challenges.
  • Manage one of the core practice areas (digital strategy, digital transformation, marketing excellence, or marketing technology) and elevate its capabilities.
  • Lead and manage team of marketing and customer experience consultants for effective project delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with clients' objectives and drive successful campaigns.
  • Drive new business development efforts and cultivate client relationships for business growth.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, digital technologies, and industry best practices to enhance services.

Qualifications

  • Masters’ degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, digital transformation, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, and technologies such as (Salesforce, Thunderhead, Adobe, …)
  • Client-focused with exceptional communication skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Trilingual: French, Dutch and English
