We deliver Strategy, Target Operating Model, Regulatory Governance and Remediation, Business & Technology Transformation, Program/Project Management and Business Analysis to our clients across functions including Sales & Trading, Finance, Treasury, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance. We are looking for individuals with Institutional / Capital Markets experience at both a management consulting firm and from within the industry across one or more of the following functions where we currently have engagements: 

• Sales and Trading - Trade Surveillance, Trade Booking Resolvability
• Operations and Technology – CAT, Operational Resilience, Target Operating Model and Remediation
• Finance and Treasury - Resolution Financial Modeling, Balance Sheet Optimization
• Risk and Compliance - CCAR, FRTB, Libor, CECL, AML/KYC, Third Party Risk Management

• Supporting proposal and business development activities by identifying new target clients, along with building and sustaining trust-based relationships with key executives 
• Lead teams through daily execution of activities, deliverables, project plans, and client presentations, while championing recruiting efforts to grow the practice
• 8+ years of external management consulting experience providing strategy and delivery services to clients 
• Industry experience with proven ability to lead teams, communicate complex ideas clearly, and gain the respect of clients and colleagues, while exhibiting exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Operations Management, or a related field from an accredited college/university is required and an MBA from an accredited college/university is preferred
