Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, you will assume responsibility for, although not limited to, the following activities:

  • Implementation and application of SAP Finance best practices within the finance department based on industry standards and procedures;
  • Integration of SAP Finance domains with other domains mainly Procurement, Maintenance, and Petroleum logistics;
  • SAP support to users in the finance department;
  • Represents Finance and leads all SAP-related projects on behalf of finance;
  • Co-ordination and training to the Superusers in the finance department;
  • SAP on the job training to the finance department along with certain specific training as required - Update documentation including Training Materials, Work Instructions, Job Aids and Business Processes;
  • Production of KPI to monitor Finance Division activity
  • Ensure fully operational functionalities of the following SAP-related processes:
  • Asset Management including IFRS16 - New accounting standards: IFRS 16 Lease accounting standards and IAS 16 —Property, Plant and Equipment and covering the topic Capital Spare Parts;
  • Inventory management and accounting;
  • Analytical structure maintenance and adaptation - WBS and Cost Centers including allocation cycles, Continuous improvement of Budget Census

Qualifications

  • Graduate/ Master’s in Finance / Business Economics with  SAP Certification
  • 10 years’ experience in SAP and Finance in Oil & Gas industry
  • Strong understanding of Finance processes and SAP solution
  • Excellent knowledge and expertise in Oil & Gas
  • Robust and experimented / high-ranking Finance technical knowledge
  • Good cross-functional integration experience, e.g. Procurement, Maintenance, Logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Significant methodic and organizational abilities
