Job Description

Our Greater Bay team is a key part of that story, supporting many of the biggest names in Technology with our expertise in growth marketing and business transformation. We are hiring a Performance Marketing Consultant with app marketing experience in strategy, execution, organic growth, app store management, customer relationship management, and go-to-market activations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive mobile installs to new, existing, and reactivated user base and improve retention and customer LTV
  • Create and own experimental plans, accountability for project work streams, and keep the project on track cross channels
  • Execute and optimize creative tests and provide performance updates, recommendations, and final read, with clear insights for future campaigns and how to scale
  • Manage cross-functional relationships with product, marketing and external partners 
  • Own the full end-to-end buyer experience, within app store (App Store and Google Play)
  • Support campaign and program diagnostics relating reviewing campaign performance and key insights 
  • Frequent communication and education of project status and App Store optimizations to stakeholders, including client leadership team  
  • Light review of digital assets upon delivery from internal and external teams to ensure brand guidelines are met and marketing priorities are incorporated as expected  
  • Track, aggregate and report on post launch analytics

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of app marketing or direct-response customer acquisition and performance marketing experience, preferably with strong experience in organic vs. paid 
  • Contacts at App Store and Google Play
  • SEO or relevant search experience a big plus 
  • Great interpersonal skills to develop and maintain internal and external relationships; team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals in a highly matrixed organization 
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, often ambiguous fast-paced environment   
  • Strong understanding of tracking and attribution using AppsFlyer or a similar platform a plus 
  • A good understanding of brand and creative elements that can help improve performance 
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts related mobile & app marketing 
  • Familiarity with Marketing business and creative briefs, KPIs and metrics, and CRM tools such as Branch, etc.
  • Enjoys tracking, applying and sharing out best practices  
  • Ability to play a trusted advisor role for the client
