Job Description

The Business Transformation team at Sia Partners UK works with clients across all sectors and sizes to help them execute complex business transformation programmes. We bring disruptive approaches, harnessing the power of data, new technologies and an agile mindset to help our clients transform to thrive.

As part of our team, you will experience a wide range of projects - helping clients with business transformation challenges such as:

  • Harnessing the power of new technologies / digital transformation – e.g. transforming how an organisation operates to utilise new technologies, augmented intelligence, AI / machine learning and automation;
  • Analysing and defining the workforce needed for the future – e.g. using people analytics to understand current workforce trends and future workforce requirements at pace;
  • Increasing customer-centricity – e.g. designing an organisation centered around the needs of the customer and their experience;
  • Increasing agility and adaptability – e.g. creating an agile mindset amongst teams, helping organisations and to remove barriers, silos and bureaucracy;
  • Transforming the workplace – e.g. transforming the work environment and way of working, including increasing collaboration and flexible working.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for…

  • Leading the delivery of projects, potentially working across several clients in the UK and, if required, support overseas engagements;
  • Supporting business development activities, working with Senior Managers and Directors to develop proposals for practice-related opportunities;
  • Recognising opportunities for Sia Partners to expand their offering to existing clients;
  • Building and maintaining your own external professional peer networks;
  • Contributing to thought leadership, working on blogs and the development of Sia Partners ‘assets’ including methodology and tools;
  • Supporting marketing campaigns and overall external positioning of Sia Partners across social networks;
  • Facilitating own learning and specialist subject matter knowledge whilst supporting Senior Consultants to further develop their knowledge and consulting skills within the practice;
  • Working closely with other teams within Sia Partners to share information;
  • Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues’ performance and development;
  • Developing your specific service expertise.

Qualifications

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • 5 or more years Management Consulting experience, including experience from a Management Consulting firm;
  • Demonstration of experience in either one or more of the following areas: Operating Model, Organisational Design or Change Management;
  • Experience in Data and Analytics is nice to have;
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Experience using a CRM system.

What academic qualifications do you need?

  • Bachelor’s Degree (2:1) or international equivalent in a relevant subject.
  • An advanced business degree (e.g. MS, MBA) is nice to have.
