Risk & Oversight Workstream Lead for a top bank at a wealth management client:

• Currently searching for a Consultant to work at our Wealth Management as a Workstream Lead for Risk & Oversight:Oversee and manage planning and execution of risk & oversight projects related to Wealth Management – Advisory
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Organizational and project management skills
• Business Analysis skills and ability to both draft, refine and consume business requirements
• Strong risk awareness orientation with experience in risk, oversight or surveillance related initiatives
• Has proven ability to interact with multiple internal and external functions including legal, compliance, business, operations and vendor teams
• Comfortable dealing with senior individuals and management across these functions
• Solutions oriented with ability to investigate and troubleshoot issues impacting workstream
• Serve as escalation point for workstream related issues and navigate prioritization across competing high priority requests
• Adaptable and flexible to take initiative required to ensure successful execution of workstream deliverables

• Bachelor’s degree from a top academic program/university
• Master’s or MBA Degree Preferred
• 2-5 years of consulting, financial services, or other relevant work experience with an emphasis on strategic and critical thinking
• Proven ability to thrive in a team environment
• Financial services industry knowledge and strong grasp of business/financial acumen
• Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite expertise (Word, Excel, PowerPoint required; Project, Visio and Access preferred)
