Job Description

Sia Partners is hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst in the Puget Sound area with project management experience.  Your role will be to lead, manage, and deliver business-critical change initiatives with local clients.  Candidates must be capable of exceptional client delivery, have the desire to lead, and have passion for the growth of our firm.

Overview of the position:

  • Facilitate stakeholder sessions to elicit, analyze, and document needs in the forms of problem definition, needs analysis, business cases, and/or requirements; inclusive of identifying current state, desired future state, and gaps
  • Responsible for decomposing high-level business and user requirements into functional and technical requirements and quality attributes
  • Coordinate with project and program management to identify, plan, analyze and design methodology, scope, schedule, milestones, deliverables, and resources. 
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to support evolution and improvement of shared processes and approaches.
  • Analyze solution options and estimates solution option size (cost/time/resources)
  • Facilitate diverse stakeholder groups in the development of joint requirements and solution options analysis using industry tools, methods and best practices
  • Work with technical leads on the creation of design documents and artifacts
  • Ensure system is built and configured to requirements and design specification
  • Ensure system integrations are built and configured to requirements and design specification
  • Coordinate the development of the test plan and test cases and facilitate UAT
  • Apply functional domain expertise and industry learnings to help guide solution options analysis, working closely with technical teams
  • Researches, assesses, and recommends improvements to business processes, organization, and rules that can increase the advantages gained from technical and non-technical solutions based on assessment of business operations and technical systems

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Consulting experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required or another advanced degree with 10+ years of experience, or equivalent experience
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce with experience with configuration, customization, and usability
  • Understanding of financial systems and concepts is preferred
