Within the Marketing & Corporate Development team, the digital marketing & social media manager is responsible for developing and executing overall strategy for social media and digital marketing efforts. S/he will effectively manage and grow social communities across multiple platforms through insight, planning, development and delivery of social content & strong community engagement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Helping build our content and marketing strategy for his/ her portfolio of Business Units
  • Preparing long- and short-term engaging content to drive the Sia Partners brand
  • Coordinating with teams in  business units in order to create editorial calendars
  • Managing social media channels
  • Running marketing and social media campaigns to drive engagement and leads
  • Monitoring trends in social media, suggesting and proposing ideas
  • Delivering analytics reports on a regular basis for all social network activity, paid and organic, following specific KPIs to track and enhance social media performance
  • Helping plan and facilitate marketing events

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of social media & marketing experience (either in-house or agency)
  • Master’s degree (Communications, Advertising, Marketing or a related field)
  • In-depth knowledge/experience of SEO, SEA, remarketing, social media, web analytics and reporting
  • Bilingual: ability to speak and write in English & French fluently and idiomatically.
  • Creative written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated & proactive
