The Associate Program, our international mobility program, is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to join one of the fastest growing management consulting firms globally. 

Sia Partners offers a unique value proposition for talented graduates: the opportunity to dive into the role of a full-time consultant from day one and benefit from early project-based responsibility and client exposure, while working with experienced and diverse practice/service specialists.

This two to three year program will allow you to discover consulting and the Financial Services industry in two different offices of Sia Partners.

Designed as a path contributing to professional and personal development, the program will be structured around the following axes:

• A two to three year course in two different cities: NYC and Montreal,
• Discovery of consulting diversity by supporting our clients in their challenges related to: transformation, operational efficiency, regulatory orientation, market understanding, technological innovation, digitalisation and IT strategy,
• Development of sectorial skills by working with the following actors we support: Corporate and Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Private Banking, Securities Services, Insurance and Financial Institutions.

In parallel, as part of the firm's internal activities, your participation will be structured around the following axes:

• Development or strengthening of offers through training, working groups, the diffusion of internal and external support,
• Contribution to the development of Sia Partners intellectual property by supporting the publication of articles externally and on the Sia Partners blog (i.e. via studies, press publication,...)
• Commercial development by supporting business proposals and other client material development or performing market research to support proposal development;

But then what's next after the Associate Program? According to your professional aspirations as well as the company's needs, opportunities will be studied together for our NYC and Montreal offices.

Recently graduated from a business or engineering school, you are curious, enthusiastic and rigorous! You ideally already have a successful first experience in consulting or at a leading Financial Institution (i.e. previous internships or first job).

Truly interested in consulting, you are passionnate and your goal is to develop skills in the Financial Services industry that you already acquired during your educational specialization or during your previous internships.

You are fluent in French and in English. A third language is appreciated.
