Job Description

 

Sia Partners is searching for a strong Business Analyst that has experience in the implementation of ADP’s payroll and time tacking systems and can service their Financial Service clients in NYC.

This role is a contractor position for about 18 months. The office location is primarily downtown with occasional trips to midtown. 

Qualifications

 

The Business Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Implementation of ADP’s payroll and time tacking systems across a large bank.
  • Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions. 
  • Leverage experience to confirm system functionality and troubleshoot workarounds to meet client’s customized requirements. 
  • Engage in user acceptance testing efforts. 
  • Assist in user training and support system “go live” efforts.
  • Experience working within the financial services industry is a preferred but not required.
