Job Description

Sia Partners NYC is searching to add multiple Business Analysts with Equity Regulatory Reporting  and CAT testing expereince  for a project in Jersey, City, NJ.  This BA must have experience with order management and trade execution life cycle, as well as the related regulatory reporting requirements for Equities and Equity Options.

    Qualifications

     

    Business Analysis

    • Document current and proposed future state trade life cycle flows
    • Analyze trade life cycle flows, and perform mapping against OATS and CAT reporting requirements
    • Document current and proposed future state OATS trade reporting and exception management workflow
    • Document proposed future state CAT trade reporting workflows
    • Document required trade reporting validation logic/rules
    • Develop data dictionary and data lineage for reportable data elements
    • Assist with development of Business Requirements documentation (BRD's)
    • Document Policies & Procedures, to include exception management, investigation, remediation, and resubmission processing
    • OATs and Blue Sheet reporting experience is a critical element of the role

    Testing Coordination/Analysis

    • Development of UAT Strategy & Plan
    • Analyze future state trade life cycle flows and reporting requirements in order to document required UAT test cases to satisfy reporting obligations, ensuring traceability back to Requirements documents
    • Perform user acceptance testing, error tracking, escalation and resolution management
