Job Description

Sia Partners is looking for a proven IT Program / Project consultant who has a successful track record of Program Delivery to join our team. This position will contribute to the overall success of the company ensuring goals, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.

Main Responsibilities

·         Managing technical projects in alignment with organizational goals

·         Communicate clearly with executives, administrative and field staff · Support implementation of software and hardware upgrades

·         Coordinate and interact with internal and external integrators to ensure business application requirements are achieved

·         This role requires strong IT Program/Project management skills, a very collaborative working style, and the ability to navigate ambiguity to get things done in a matrixed organization. · Technology implementation & deployment of operational tools.

·         Communicate effectively with internal clients to identify needs, evaluate business solutions and strategies, and ensure the delivery of superior solutions

Qualifications

·         Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge in roles advising global organizations on improving efficiency and effectiveness in transaction processing, close and consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, and internal and external reporting, which includes but not limited to:

o   Process improvement in, industry knowledge, and applications of at least one of the following focus areas: shared service and outsourcing, finance transformation, and financial systems optimization; ERP systems, including SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, JDE and Workday.

·         Project Management Certification (PMP) highly preferred

·         Proven IT program and project management experience a must

·         Knowledge of IT trends and how they translate to company needs and positioning.

·         Post-Merger integration of IT departments is preferred

·         Systems integration experience a must

·         Ability to present solutions that were designed and implemented to high level management

·         Proven track record of meeting deadlines along with associated deliverables

·         Excellent professional written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.

·         Critical thinking and problem solving skills

·         Position is based in Los Angeles/Beverly Hills
