Job Description

We are hiring an Olympia based Business Analyst/Process Improvement Lead.  Does being a part of a team aimed at creating a custom digital platform that revolutionizes business inspire you?  Are you an experienced Process Design Lead with a talent for workflow design?  Do you enjoy finding innovative ways to manage complex situations? This position pays a competitive salary and is ideal for an experienced process designer with large-scale start-to-finish system implementation experience. In this role you will be responsible for facilitating workflow design capture, conducting change analysis and providing content to inform training and roles responsibilities. You have a strong voice with the ability to recommend solutions and manage design of solutions. You have the ability to act as liaison between teams, divisions, and other organizations to achieve objectives, drive solutions, and draw together different points of view. It will be important for you to effectively communicate in writing, and orally, both to technical and non-technical audiences. Your strong communication skills will shine while you prepare and manage organizational change. You will be a part of a team culture that builds trust through being direct, bringing solutions and providing constructive feedback. 

Your advanced analytical skills are what sets you apart from the rest- you have the ability to manage and communicate technology changes in a complex, dynamic environment. You will review and contribute to key project deliverables, including project charter, work plan, budget, status reports, training plans, risk mitigation plans, and change management plans. You thrive in our fast-paced and people-driven environment, getting great satisfaction out of process design and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Process design certification (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc) highly desirable
  • 4+ years' experience working on large scale information systems projects with teams of at least 20
  • FinTech experience strongly desired
