Job Description

We hiring an Olympia based Organizational Change Manager.  Are you an expert at leading organizational change management for large-scale, high-impact projects?  Does creating a multi-faceted road map for a new custom digital platform that revolutionizes an organization get you energized?  Do you immediately start thinking impact analyses, change readiness assessments and stakeholder identification?   Are you up for the challenge of managing change resistance, facilitating platform adoption, and training/education planning for this multi-faceted and multi-vendor program?  As Organizational Change Manager for this ground breaking project; you will be responsible for facilitating effective change management as our new digital platform goes from creation to implementation.  You will continuously guide communication, training and education to "wow" our clients with their mobile experience! 

This position pays a competitive salary and is ideal for a dynamic leader that proactively manages change through impact and stakeholder analysis.  You will develop organizational change management plans using framework methodologies. Your team will consist of Business Analysts and Process Design experts, closely partnering with Program and Project Management, Experience Design, and Engineer/Development professionals.  It will be important for you to effectively communicate your plan and strategy and delegate clear expectations to your team of skilled and experienced professionals.  You will develop the team culture and build trust through being direct, bringing solutions and providing constructive feedback.  You must be a great leader and a great listener!

Your collaborative skills will help you excel in this position. You foster positive and healthy relationships with all cross-functional teams, vendors, partners and leadership working together to keep the change management plan and all-encompassing stakeholders on track with a focus on client and business experience.  As an expert communicator and strategist, you consistently identify and solve issues; typically before they happen but always with a quick, effective and well-communicated plan getting the buy-in required for program adoption and success. You thrive in our fast-paced and people-driven environment.  You get great satisfaction ensuring change management framework, analysis, tools and plans are in place and team members are accountable and delivering.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years leading organizational change management for programs, projects, and/or large-scale enterprise-wide transformations
  • Experience applying organizational change management frameworks and principles such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Professional certification related to project management and/or change management desired
  • Project management experience in consulting, finance, Fortune 500, and/or technology organizations

This role requires an ability to facilitate project teams, guided by a strong understanding of group dynamics while driving results to envision a new member experience through the new revolutionary online and mobile banking platform.    If you can provide strategic direction, recommendations, and guidance to the business to ensure success of the program changes, you will thrive in this position.
