About the Role:

Sia Partners is growing their Financial Services team!  We are searching for an individual that must have an internship or at least 1- 4 years of Management Consulting experience from the Financial Services space.

 This individual must be sharp, driven and have strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Undertake various client engagements and ensure consistent delivery of superior client service; this includes leading and assuming responsibility for high quality deliverables while respecting established time-frames and budget.

Participate in the delivery of financial service regulatory consulting projects including: Compliance, AML, KYC, Onboarding, Remediation, Quality Assurance, Risk, Regulatory, Sanctions, FCPA, FATCA, Capital Markets, Operations, Syndicate Loans, Data, Technology, Cyber Security, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

• As part of the internal activities development, you will be involved in the following:
• Development and improvement of our offers via training sessions and workshops
• Strong participation in the capitalization workshops (blog, whitepapers…).
•   Possess business development and relationship management skills.

• Strong academic background (e.g. Business, Economics, Political Science, Literature).
  
• Previous internship or 1-4 year of Management Consulting experience in Finance in Compliance, Risk, Regulatory space or Management consulting experience.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint Skills. Additional but not a must: SQL, VBA, Coding experience.
• Experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
• Outstanding team player, autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and able to communicate complex ideas to all areas of the business.
• Flexibility, able to execute against tight deadlines, work with minimum supervision, exercise independent judgment and prioritize work.
