Job Description

Sia Partners is searching for consulting talents to help deliver superb services to our client finance functions. Successful candidates are those who are able to help our clients review, control and transform finance functions.

  • Financial Controller with technical skills experience working directly for a Director of Financial Control,
  • Must have data analysis experience using SQL, Excel/Access, Power Pivot,
  • Familiarity with financial products and must know P&L concepts (I.e. Financial Controller types),
  • Exposure the BEAT (Base Erosion Anti Abuse Tax) Regulations and how they impact the general sub ledger calculations,
  • Has analyzed processes and the flow of transactions and ultimate capture in general ledgers and ultimately financial statements,
  • An understanding of controls required to help ensure accuracy of financial information,
  • Has knowledge of valuation / pricing practices of assets and liabilities
  • Recognizes ways to enhance finance systems and processes
  • Understands enterprise risk and a Finance function’s role in mitigating risk
  • Can help transform process and procedures to better end states
  • Level & title is determined on experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher level of education
  • Data analysis experience using SQL, Excel/Access, Power Pivot, P&L knowledge
  • Exposure to the BEAT (Base Erosion Anti Abuse Tax) Regulation
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to clients (whether internal or external)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
